These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lucid app, which transforms your written dreams into videos using AI. By using Lucid, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Use of the Service
Lucid is intended for personal, creative, and entertainment use. You may use the app to generate video content from your dream descriptions. You are responsible for any content you upload or generate and agree not to use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Lucid retains all rights to the app’s code, interface, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of your original dream inputs but grant Lucid a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display generated content solely to operate and improve the service.
4. Content Guidelines
You agree not to upload or input content that is:
Illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive
Infringing on intellectual property rights
Violent, pornographic, or intended to harass others
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend users who violate these guidelines.
5. AI-Generated Media
Lucid uses machine learning models to create dream-based videos. These are for entertainment purposes only. The generated content may not always be accurate, realistic, or suitable for all audiences.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of Lucid may require payment. If you subscribe to premium features, fees will be billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Lucid at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time via the app.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Modifications to the Service
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features or the entire app at any time without liability. Continued use after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
